1. About the service

Novelith is a web-first reading platform for original fiction. Readers can browse free chapters, subscribe to individual authors, and access subscriber-only or early-access chapters where offered.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use mature-content areas of the service. Mature content is hidden by default and must be actively enabled by the reader.

3. Reader accounts and subscriptions

Some content is available for free. Paid access is offered through individual author subscriptions at the price shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

4. Creator content

Authors are responsible for the fiction, posts, comments, and other material they publish on Novelith. Only original works are allowed. Content must follow our platform rules, tagging requirements, and moderation standards.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape restricted areas, harass other users, or upload unlawful or infringing content.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to the pricing, billing frequency, and renewal terms shown at checkout.

7. Changes and availability

We may update, improve, suspend, or remove parts of the service from time to time. We may also update these terms when the platform changes.
