Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

Novelith offers subscriptions to individual authors. Subscription pricing and billing frequency are shown at checkout before purchase.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period and then ends automatically.

3. Refunds

Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review the case.

4. Failed renewals

If a renewal payment fails, access to paid subscription benefits may be interrupted or ended until payment is successfully completed.
